Sourcing of raw material directly from manufacturer along with mill certificate. Checking its mechanical and chemical properties to the required specification.

Inspection is performed at each step of processing with respective gauges. Deviation in functional dimensions is minimal to ensure accurate assembly. Deviation of other dimensions is kept well within limits prescribed in drawing plan.

Assembly inspection of sub-assembled parts.

Visual checks for surface defects, burs etc. Final inspection of finished goods by in house technicians and officials.

Surface treatment of components as per drawing requirement. Intricate components are thoroughly cleaned of foreign material. Product finishing is done in house to keep a strict check on quality.

Packing and marking as per customers specifications.
