| We currently employ around 600 employees and 75 staff and executives to manage our operations.

| Our accumulated turnover of both textile and engineering operations is approximately Rs. 50 Crores, (US$ 11 million) per year.

| The engineering division essentially caters to
Government Engineering Departments. We also cater to E.U. and Europe & America manufacturers of aluminum foundry. Our customers for yarn and knitted fabrics are top textile and hosiery manufacturers.

Our products?
|
Engineering :- Our engineering division makes Pressure Die Castings of Aluminum and zinc based alloys for defense, civil and industrial purposes. We also make forgings and machined components for the same with copper, aluminum and zinc based alloys.
Textiles :- For the textile sector we manufacture 100% cotton and cotton viscose blends in count ranging from 20s NE to 80s NE for both weaving and knitting applications.

Lot size we deal with?

| We do not have any fixed lot size. It depends on the product and the value we add to it. Products with higher value may have a lot size of just a few pieces and those of smaller value may have lots of thousands of pieces.

Lot sizes we have operate on?
|
| It depends on the orders we receive. We have operated lots ranging from 10-20 pieces/year to 100,000s pieces/year.

Size of the export operations?
|
| We dispatch about one container every month. The value of our exports is about Rs. 4 Crores (US$ 1 million) annually.
