The groups textile division entered the field of knitted fabric in 1998. Tushar Knitting Ltd. was set up in Kolkata. The focus of production of this unit is on 40s Combed Yarn and 30s Combed Yarn for the hosiery market.
The unit employs three Mayer and Cie, MV4-3.2 34" 28 & 24 gg machines including one with licra attachments on alternate feeders.
